Detailed Travel Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrive Delhi (welcome to India)
On arrival our executive will meet & greet you at airport followed by transfer to hotel. Overnight at Delhi
Day 02 : Delhi City tour of Delhi
After breakfast at hotel, set out on full day guided city tour of Delhi covering India Gate-The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House- The Government Headquarters, Jama Masjid-The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort-The red stone medieval township, Qutab Minar Complex and Humayun's Tomb. Evening visit to ethnic village Delhi Haat displaying traditions of India at one platform. Overnight at Delhi.
Day 3: Delhi- Mandawa (250 kms 5-6 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive to Mandawa, destination in Shekhawati known for its heritage havelis and beautiful castle. Arrive and check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit to heritage streets and the Mandawa Castle. Overnight at Mandawa.
Day 4: Mandawa- Bikaner (160 km 3 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive to Bikaner. Arrive and check in at hotel. Afternoon half day guided city tour visiting Junagarh Fort, Camel Breeding Farm and Karni Mata Temple Temple (Optional) near Bikaner. Overnight stay at Bikaner.
Day 5: Bikaner- Jaisalmer (340 km 7 hours)
After breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer. Visit Gajner Palace located outside Bikaner. Our executive will assist your check in at desert camp in Sam Desert about 40 km from Jaisalmer. Evening camel ride on sand dunes, followed by live folk program and dinner. Overnight stay at Desert camp near Jaisalmer.
Day 6: Jaisalmer Sight seeing tour
After breakfast proceed for full day guided tour of Jaisalmer visiting the Sonar fort (the oldest living fort), the Jain Temples and the famous Havelis, Patwo Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, Natmal Ki Haveli. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaisalmer.
Day 7: Jaisalmer- Jodhpur (290 km 6 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur. Arrive and check in at hotel. Evening visit Mandore and local markets. Overnight stay at Jodhpur
Day 8: Jodhpur City tour
After breakfast visit Mehrangarh fort of Jodhpur and Jaswant Thada just below the fort. Later visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, the residence of Maharaja of Jodhpur. Evening free for your own activities. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.
Day 9: Jodhpur- Udaipur (290 km 7 hours, en-route Ranakpur temple visit)
After breakfast, drive to Udaipur. En-route visiting Ranakpur Jain temple, which is perfect example of Marble pillared architecture in India. Fine carvings of the temple is just amazing. Arrive Udaipur and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 10: Udaipur (Full day visit to city of lakes)
After breakfast, Full day guided City Tour of Udaipur visiting City Palace complex, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari and a boat ride on historic Lake Pichhola with Jagmandir island visit. You can click most beautiful pictures of this lake city during this boat cruise, taking you around the heritage havelis and palace situated on the banks. Evening free for own activities. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 11: Udaipur-Jaipur (435 km 7 hours, en-route chittaurgarh visit)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. You have a option of visiting Chittaurgarh fort en-route journey. Evening arrive jaipur and check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 12: Jaipur (full day city sight seeing tour)
After breakfast, proceed for city tour accompanied by local tour guide, visiting Amer Fort, where you will climb fort by Elephant ride. Later visit city palace of jaipur, Hawa Mahal (the palace of wind) and Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory built 2 centuries ago. Evening visit markets of Jaipur. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 13: Jaipur- Agra (260 Km 5-6 hours, en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Agra (the city of Taj Mahal), with an en-route visit to Fatehpur Sikri (abandoned mughal township). Arrive Agra and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Agra.
Day 14: Agra (Full day visit to Agra's historical monuments)
After breakfast our local tour guide will take you on full day tour of Agra, visiting the Taj Mahal-an architectural wonder where beauty is presented on huge platform, followed by red sandstone Agra Fort and Tomb of Itimad-ud-daula, an another monument where beauty is carved in white marble stone. Evening visit to traditional markets of Agra. Overnight stay at Agra.
Day 15: Agra- New Delhi (205 km 4 hours drive)
After breakfast drive to New Delhi. On arrival check in at your hotel. Evening free to plan your own activities. Overnight stay at New Delhi.
Day 16: Delhi to onward journey
