In 1933 maharaja Ganga Singhji of Bikaner built this palace as a separate pleasure garden for royal maids which was located adjacent to Lallgarh Palace. Built with red sandstone Basant Vihar Palace was beautifully designed and is one of the major architectural heritage of Bikaner. Palace is renovated to restore its past glory and essence and converted into a heritage hotel.
