How to reach Jaisalmer ?
Jaisalmer is 300 km west of jodhpur in rajasthan and it takes 5 hours by road. Jodhpur is connected with other cities by Air, road and rail. There is direct train to jaisalmer from Delhi which is about 12 hours overnight journey. Recently kingfisher airlines has started daily flight to jaisalmer from Mumbai via Udaipur & Jodhpur.
Where to stay in Jaisalmer ?
At Jaisalmer you can choose from heritage hotel accommodation or swiss tents desert camps. Most of the tourists coming to jaisalmer stays two nights, so experience of both these can be taken.
